Restoring more land than is degraded requires a large scale approach. Innovation and technology for land restoration

Time:9th December,14:00-15:30 hrs

This is a show and event about innovative technologies that make the land resilient, while benefitting climate change mitigation and adaptation. Technologies such as climate resilient plants, livestock management, soil carbon sequestration and land use, forest fire management and early warning. The technologies are from the second edition of the Green Technology Book, a flagship publication of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), which will be unveiled for the first time.
