The first Plenary of the Global Fire Management Hub is an exciting opportunity to gather the global Fire Hub community in one place. This event isn’t just about sharing knowledge—it’s about “connecting capacities”. These exchanges will help bridge gaps, build partnerships, and inform national, regional, and global strategies—from planning and management to operational action on the ground.
With nine partner-led plenary sessions and nine side events, this three-day event offers a vital platform to exchange knowledge, build partnerships, and co-create strategies in the face of rising wildfire risks.
The purpose of this event is to facilitate constructive dialogue and grow the Fire Hub community of Integrated Fire Management (IFM) experts. It is a space for participants to exchange ideas and build connections, creating a strong foundation for global collaboration on IFM in the future.
