The NYC Climate Action Outdoor Museum is a series of large-scale, interconnected murals that explore the profound relationship between people and nature. Using the universal language of art, these works aim to inspire, ignite dialogue, and foster unity—offering new perspectives each year during Climate Week. Together, they form a living “green” art walk stretching from Hudson Yards along the High Line, where creativity meets sustainability in the heart of New York City.
These murals curated by the non-profit Street Art for Mankind in partnership with the United Nations Decade on Ecosystem Restoration, the Climate Group and the City of New York have already reached over 100 million people in 2 years—inviting us to reflect on topics like ocean preservation, urban ecosystem restoration, plastic pollution, and sustainable fashion.
This year, new murals by renowned artists Adry del Rocio, Onur and Vesod will explore: the vital importance of clean air; our shared responsibility to safeguard water—both blue and green—and the power of youth to shape a better future for all. They are made possible thanks to the generous support of the Michael and Rebecca Cemo Foundation and Manhattan Mini- storage.

- Monday, Sept 22nd, @2PM — Official Unveiling Ceremony: be among the first to discover the freshly completed murals, meet the artists behind them, and hear from officials as they discuss the critical issues at stake. Meeting point: High Line, at the crossing of 21st street
