The FAO-led Task Force on Best Practices for the United Nations Decade on Ecosystem Restoration (UN Decade) is conducting a global survey to identify case studies that demonstrate how policy coherence or integration has supported ecosystem restoration in landscapes and seascapes.
This survey is part of the Restoration Policy Facility — an initiative under the UN Decade’s Capacity, Knowledge and Learning Action Plan — and is led by Commonland, in collaboration with the World Resources Institute (WRI) and The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
We aim to document and showcase good practices from around the world, and to share lessons that can enhance governance arrangements for more effective and inclusive restoration.
The survey is available in English and Spanish, and will remain open until 30 June 2025.
